Before & After Gallery of Homes

It gives me great pleasure to showcase a complete home restoration or renovation. Most of the homes featured here are not currently listed for sale.  Most of these homes are projects that I have completed during my 13 years of living in the East Nashville area.  I hope you enjoy the site, and who knows, maybe you'll even get an idea for something you would like to do to your own home!

2605 Brittany Court

Built in 1955, this brick rancher was feeling every bit of its middle age status prior to the Company East Designs takeover.  However, the mid life crisis has officially come to an end.  Click here to see the results of our latest mid century home renovation.

527 South 10th Street

I guess you could say that the Company East Designs team became smitten with South 10th Street over the last couple of years.  2010 brought yet another opportunity for our team to operate on another bland home from the 1960's.  Click here to see the results of this little rancher perched atop historic Confederate Hill.

309 South 10th Street

This 1960's ranch was in dire need of a modern makeover.  Rich wood columns with stainless steel accents replaced the wrought iron to help achieve a bold new look for the exterior.  Click here to see the interior of this country to contemporary transformation!

513 South 12th Street

Condemned and hanging by a thread in mid 2008, the future looked bleak for this one. The Company East Designs team took control in November of '08 and spent almost an entire year transforming the home and giving it a New Orleans contemporary flair.  Click here to see inside and be sure to visit the Company East Designs website to see an amazing before & after video!

2705 Inga Street

Another ugly duckling transformed into the beauty of the block!  This 1930's brick cottage was begging for the creative touch of the Company East Designs team.  Click here to see more before & after photos of another fantastic renovation!

1809 Eastside Avenue

821 Boscobel Street

Originally built in the 1880's, this Italianate Victorian had seen its share of renovations over the last century.  Company East Designs received it's first historic preservation award in 2008 for the work done to restore this home.  Click here to see more before & after photos of the place I call home.

1012 Iverson Avenue

This 1930's brick tudor is my third completed renovation on Iverson Avenue and number 9 overall in East Nashville!  I can honestly say that this one was a true labor of love as I lived in and renovated the home over a 3 year period.  Click here to see the amazing results of this beautiful renovation!

1213 Rosebank Avenue

This 1960's classic brick ranch definitely got an extreme makeover! My 8th completed renovation in East Nashville is a collaboration effort with a great friend who also lives in the area and spurred the beginning of what is now known as Company East Designs! Take a look inside this funky, cool & contemporary, yet rustic 60's ranch home by clicking here!

923 McClurkan Avenue

This all brick 1950's cottage was a real ugly duckling prior to 2006.  By replacing the wrought iron supports with new wood columns, adding much needed color to the home, and replacing most all of the landscaping, true curb appeal has been added to this once plain and characterless home.  Click here to see the full transformation both inside and out!

1013 Iverson Avenue

This 1940's brick tudor inspired cottage has definitely undergone an extreme makeover!  Being located across the street from my own personal home made it even more important that I had something nice to look at each time I walked out my front door!  Click Here to see inside my second completed renovation of 2006 on Iverson Avenue!

1014 Iverson Avenue

This unique 1940 built brick and stucco cottage sat right next door to my own former home on Iverson Avenue, and from the moment I moved into the neighborhood I knew I wanted to revive it from its near dead status!  Click Here to see inside my first of three renovations in this great hidden neighborhood near Inglewood!

1127 Delmas Avenue

This truly has to be one of my favorite homes in all of East Nashville!  With over 2200 square foot of living space to renovate, I thought I would never see the end of this project!  The final product is an amazing classic tudor that I am very proud to have brought back to life.  Click Here to see before & after photos of the interior of this beautiful home!

1130 McAlpine Avenue

Situated on almost an acre lot in Inglewood, this historic 1930 cottage can't help but catch your eye while driving down McAlpine Avenue.  A beautifully renovated kitchen, an elegant touch of color both inside and out, and the creation of a backyard oasis are highlights of this total home makeover.  See more photos inside and out by clicking here!
